Tattoos consist of thousands of ink particles suspended in the skin which are too big to be removed by the body. Our advanced Biocare-One system delivers nano second pulses with high peak power. This causes ink particles to shatter into smaller pieces which can be removed naturally by the body’s own lymphatic system safely. Over a course of 3-8 treatments the unwanted tattoo fades and disappears. This will depend upon a variety of factors such as the depth and colour of the ink. Treatments are usually 6-8 weeks apart.
